An elegant antique Edwardian ring crowned with a 0.23ct blue Sapphire and complemented by a 0.20ct old cushion cut Diamond.
The deep royal blue of the Sapphire has been a favourite of kings and royalty throughout history and famously adorned both Lady Diana’s and Kate Middleton’s engagement ring.
The gallery is all 18ct Yellow Gold and has a lovely twisted design. The inside is engraved with initials and dates – A.W.S 1913, U.S.S 1915 which will have been important dates to the original owner.
This would make a wonderful engagement ring and is a beautiful example of its time.
