18ct white gold ruby and diamond six pronged star set with a central ruby with a surround of six 8 cut diamonds and having a larger ruby with a diamond weighing an estimated 0.04ct at each point.  The star measures 35mm x 25mm not including the top ring or bail.  Total diamond content estimated as 0.45ct.  No hallmark but testing as 18ct white gold.  Weight 4.1g.  Suspended from a new 18" 9ct white gold diamond cut belcher chain weighing 2.1g.
